Position overview

FabCom's executive training program is designed to train and provide you with the skills required to become an excellent ad executive through hands-on experience in a range of positions. Project coordinator (digital advertising, analytics, social media), junior account coordinator, account executive, senior account executive, and finally account supervisor is the progression of this position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist account executives on client projects to help ensure all deliverables are provided and deadlines are met.
• Provide support to company executives including schedule coordination, meeting planning, travel arrangements, and daily activities.
• Conduct secondary research for client campaigns and assist with preparation for client strategy presentations.
• Training will initially be focused on the day-to-day management of search engine and social media advertising campaigns for clients. E.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Advertising, Microsoft Ads, etc.
• Configure tracking paramaters for digital advertising campaigns, as well as client-facing reporting dashboards.
• Facilitate monthly social media content calendar and support asset creation/curation efforts with agency team members.
• Help maintain agency reputation through quality customer service and communication with all relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 1-2 years in a full-time marketing position is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, have good follow-up skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Background knowledge in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager is a plus!

Compensation: Based on years of experience
