Job responsibilities:
- Marketing Asset Coordination – Assist in planning, executing, and creating assets that promote our brand and products across multiple channels.
- Content Creation and Management – Support the development and management content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, emails.
- Website Updates – With direction from leadership update the website in a timely manner for events, products, industry information.
- Administrative Support – Maintain marketing schedules, project timelines, and campaign documentation. Support gift-card or giveaways to partners and prospects for a variety of programs.
- PR & Award Submission Support – Help draft press releases and award submissions for the company as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating website, and other entities have the most up to date corporate and product information
- Create new web pages, and update website as requested.
- Coordinate webinar thought leadership and group demos.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, emails, company website, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company messaging.
- Update and maintain the company website and support the updating of all social media platforms.
- As requested help research to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Support documenting competitors' activities and announcements, and provide information to marketing leadership.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas as requested.
- Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to customers and partners.
- Gather feedback to improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience leveraging design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand data and develop reports that display marketing performance.
