Sourcing indirect services; anything tied to services for all diff BU's (support all besides IT; marketing, sales, etc) Building relationships with vendors internal and external This person will be sourcing new vendors - understand RFP process, negotiating process Expected to have contacts, working with existing leads, not sure if they are going to cold call Experience with indirect services Example of services- staffing agencies for marketing , ad agencies , janitorial Financial analytical skills- add value thru negotiations, financial acumen Improvement in current services as well as being open to transformation (advisory, give ideas) Experience interfacing with leaders; presentation skills, professional Team size - 11 people on the team (reporting to senior manager of sourcing existing)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & ExperienceLOCATED AND CAN GO ONSITE 3X/WEEK IN:Boca Raton, FL OR Bluebell, PA OR Irving, TX Bachelors degree in supply chain management, procurement, technology, operation management, or a technical field, with at least five years of progressive work experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or Vendor Management. MBA or Masters degree in supply chain management, procurement, technology, operation management, or a technical field preferred. Deep understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management principles and application. Advanced financial analytical skills and experience in enhancing value through negotiations. Strategic orientation, inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, and self-motivated to identify trends and improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives and strategic plans. Ability to build effective relationships, influence peers and key stakeholders, and build consensus. Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
