The role is responsible for catalog data delivery and related activities (e.g., data quality checks, troubleshooting/countermeasures, customer satisfaction measurement/follow up, and load sheets) in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and deliver catalog data (i.e., ACES and PIES), images, and load sheets to data receivers. Confirm data is processed and successfully deployed across data receiver systems.Measure data fill rate and cooperate with product management on achieving data completeness targets.Setup new products or portfolio changes through load sheets or directly within data receiver systems. Collaborate with sales and customers to ensure timely and precise updates.Maintain state of the art knowledge of automotive aftermarket cataloging industry standards to identify continuous improvement and automation opportunities.Conduct regular touch base meetings with sales and data receivers.Actively gather and respond to customer feedback on delivered catalogs, including research of customer inquiries on part fitment and catalog adds/drops.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Automotive, IT or similar degree. MBA strongly preferred.1-5 years of experience in automotive product management or data management.Proficiency with ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Enhanced Standard) and PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) preferred.Experience from manufacturing or consumer goods industry strongly preferred.Basic technical understanding of automotive products and their applications.Ability to develop working knowledge of PIM (Product Information Management) system(s).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Advanced MS Excel experience; must be proficient with other MS Office tools.
