Duties and Responsibilities: The summer Digital Design Fellow will focus on photography, video and graphic design projects learning how to properly use our brand guidelines and assets to complete marketing project requests. The summer Digital Design Fellow will:
Work closely with staff members and a variety of campus clients to learn how to properly generate final deliverable files for print and digital channels Manage and schedule content publication for digital channels Learn how to properly manage a media library: uploading, organizing, and tagging assets Gain experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specializing in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator Assist the Marketing and Communications staff during the production of other video or photo shootsQualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
- Moderate experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in projects related to visual communication
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks and projects in a deadline-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and new demands
- Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with other members of the St. Olaf campus community
