About the job Marketing Director Location: Secaucus, NJ (On-site Only) Company Mission: Our client, a leading healthcare organization are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. We're searching for a visionary Marketing Director to join this growing team! This pivotal role reports directly to the VP of Marketing. You'll be the architect of our marketing strategy, driving new patient acquisition, amplifying brand awareness, and overseeing a range of innovative initiatives. We need someone with exceptional organization, a knack for juggling projects, and a hawk-eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to craft and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and empower a team of 2-3 marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their growth.
- Spearhead impactful marketing campaigns to attract new patients and elevate brand visibility.
- Leverage a diverse marketing mix, encompassing digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and generate insightful reports for management.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing management, ideally in a B2C multi-brand environment.
- Expertise in digital organic marketing (SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing).
- Proficiency in paid digital marketing (SEM, EMM) is a plus.
- Prior experience with marketing tools (PipeDrive, Orrto, DOMO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Healthcare/dental industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a benefit.
- A willingness to support marketing activities outside of regular business hours when necessary.
Reporting: The Marketing Director reports directly to the VP of Marketing. Performance Measurement: Your success will be measured using key performance indicators (KPIs) commonly used in marketing, along with the growth in new patient acquisition.
