Marketing Director
The Marketing Director plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our facility. This role involves developing and implementing effective marketing and outreach strategies, building strong relationships with local communities, healthcare providers, and families, and managing the facilitys brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting with our community and prospective residents.
Marketing Director Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Marketing:
o Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive admissions and occupancy growth.
o Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive within the SNF industry.
o Create, monitor, and manage the marketing budget.
2. Community Outreach & Networking:
o Build and nurture relationships with local hospitals, physicians, social workers, and community organizations to establish referral sources.
o Attend networking events, healthcare fairs, and community meetings to promote the facilitys offerings.
o Coordinate and participate in facility events to foster a positive community presence.
3. Brand Management & Communications:
o Maintain a consistent brand message across all marketing materials and platforms.
o Develop compelling content for digital marketing, social media, newsletters, and print materials.
o Work with external vendors on advertisements, graphic design, and promotional materials.
4. Admissions Support:
o Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless admissions process.
o Assist prospective residents and their families in understanding the facilitys offerings and services.
o Monitor and report on referral conversion rates and lead tracking.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Track and analyze key performance indicators related to occupancy rates, admissions, and referrals.
o Report on marketing and outreach activities to senior leadership and adjust strategies based on data insights.
