To support our growth and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a talented and strategic Director of Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing efforts across our portfolio.

Job Summary:

The Director of Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive occupancy, enhance brand awareness, and support the overall goals of the property management group. This role will collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and senior leadership to implement innovative marketing initiatives that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Create and execute data-driven marketing plans that promote occupancy, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Oversee the development of marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and property locations.
    • Develop campaigns that showcase the unique features and benefits of each property in the portfolio.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage the company's digital presence, including websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Optimize digital marketing campaigns for SEO, PPC, and lead generation.
    • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Property Marketing:
    • Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to develop tailored marketing plans for individual properties.
    • Oversee the creation of property brochures, signage, and other marketing collateral.
    • Manage photography, videography, and virtual tour initiatives for property listings.
  • Resident Engagement:
    • Develop programs to enhance resident retention and community engagement.
    • Promote resident events and communication campaigns through effective channels.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including in-house staff and external vendors/agencies.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
    • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 Years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
    • Skills:
    • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
    • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media advertising, and CRM systems.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
