We are looking for a Part-Time Paid Ad Specialist with Growth to Full-Time Marketing Director for a boutique Business Litigation & Corporate Law Firm
Are you a results-driven paid ad expert ready to help shape the growth of a thriving remote business litigation law firm based out of New York City? We're seeking a talented professional to take the lead on our Google PPC and SEO strategies, with the opportunity to expand into other paid and organic channels (social media and beyond). For the right candidate, this part-time role can grow into a full-time Marketing Director position.

What You'll Do
Starting Part-Time:
- Google PPC & SEO Focus: Take charge of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategies to generate leads and grow our client base.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics to measure ROI and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Channel Expansion: Work with leadership to explore opportunities to expand into social media ads, referral marketing, and other platforms.
Growth to Full-Time Marketing Director:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Work directly with firm leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Innovation & Ownership: Take the reins as the firm's Marketing Director, leading initiatives and driving results.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with the following qualifications and traits:
- Proven Expertise in Google PPC and SEO: 3+ years of experience managing ad campaigns and optimizing for organic search, preferably with a law firm.
- Experience in Other Channels a Plus: Familiarity with paid social media advertising is a bonus, including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, x, Hulu, etc.
- Analytical and Results-Driven: A focus on measurable outcomes and continual improvement.
