Position Summary
The Marketing Director will spearhead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, increase client engagement, and drive lead generation and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, growing our marketing team, improving our CRM platform (Hubspot), and leveraging advanced analytics and technology to deliver measurable results. You will also be responsible for ensuring 100% employee engagement with Hubspot by training and supporting team members to maximize its integration into marketing strategies.
You will lead and manage a small but talented marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, optimize workflows, and ensure consistent lead generation across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase awareness and lead generation for training, consulting, and protection services.
- Create market-specific campaigns targeting K-12 schools, healthcare organizations, and corporations with ideal client definitions based on revenue and industry needs.
- Leverage current events related to security and risk to inform campaign development and ensure relevance.
- Utilize customer journey mapping to optimize marketing touchpoints and improve lead conversion.
Digital Marketing & CRM Operations
- Lead the management of HubSpot ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC campaigns, to boost lead generation and customer retention.
- Implement marketing automation and artificial intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve performance metrics and ROI.
- Train and engage employees to ensure 100% adoption and effective use of CRM tools within marketing strategies.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize advanced data analytics to track key performance indicators, forecast opportunity pipelines, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Create and deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and revenue growth impact.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a marketing team of two specialists in graphic design and CRM automation to ensure successful strategy execution.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience driving marketing initiatives within B2B related industries. Proven success in digital marketing, CRM integration, and lead generation.
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and AI tools.
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics and campaign performance metrics.
