Overall Purpose

This position will support business initiatives through the management of marketing programs focused on company growth. Instrumental in supporting the marketing team goals to include increasing awareness and acquiring new users, overseeing and maintaining production and quality of assets/content, coordinating with marketing employees and internal teams to ensure marketing strategies are implemented appropriately.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with internal and external partners to provide creative and compliance feedback and guidance related to the adherence of brand standards. Plan and implement projects that support the marketing function by working alongside the team's designers to make sure projects are on time and to specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external partner constituencies including marketing teams, legal, finance, product and sales.
  • Assist with core workstreams of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration amongst internal and external parties and stakeholders (including partners, customers and agencies).
  • Analyze insights/trends in and outside of the financial industry as well as keep up-to-date on marketing best practices.
  • Manage content and updates for external and internal touch points.
  • Review the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and advise on how to optimize accordingly.
  • Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years or more of progressive direct/ related experience
  • Demonstrated prior marketing experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects, work independently, provide timely, clear follow-up communications, and meet tight deadlines for deliverables.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills to interact proficiently with all levels of management, staff and vendors.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Highly engaged, self-starter with ability to balance achieving results and fostering collaboration.
  • Background and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically aligns with a minimum of 3 or more years of marketing related experience.
  • Experience in B2C marketing
  • Experience analyzing data

Preferred Qualifications for Brand Governance: Social/Bi-Lingual:

  • Typically aligns with a minimum of 3 or more years of marketing related experience.
  • Experience in consumer marketing/advertising
  • Advertising/marketing content review and editing experience
  • Social media experience/expertise
  • Bilingual (Spanish language)

Preferred Qualifications for Brand Governance: Operations:

  • Typically aligns with a minimum of 3 or more years of marketing related experience.
  • Experience in consumer marketing/advertising
  • Process/policy management
  • Design project management

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The pay scale for this position in:

Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $100,000 - $125,000.

New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $125,000 - $145,000.
