Job Description Summary:

Do you have a flair for creating dynamic marketing campaigns that speak to students and early career professionals? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Marketing Manager, Early Careers Marketing at CFA Institute!

In this hands-on, creative role, you'll be at the heart of developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement, and highlight the value of our world-class financial education programs. Working closely with our digital and integrated marketing team, as well as brand marketing, product marketing, and sales, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the way students and young professionals connect with our offerings.

This position is based in Charlottesville and eligible for Hybrid working.

Job Description:

What You'll Do:

* Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create compelling marketing strategies that resonate with early career audiences, positioning CFA Institute as the go-to resource for career advancement in finance.

* Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, sales, and business teams to fuel growth through innovative, audience-driven campaigns that build brand awareness and loyalty.

* Shape Messaging and Content: Craft engaging, high-quality content and messaging tailored to early professionals through research, qualitative feedback, and market analysis.

* Optimize and Analyze Performance: Continuously refine strategies and campaign performance using analytics and KPIs, ensuring maximum impact and relevance.

* Build Partnerships: Collaborate with agency partners, educational institutions, and influencers to create joint initiatives and co-branded content that expands our reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive audience strategies, positioning, and communication for student and early career audiences.

* Leverage insights to influence marketing, sales, and business decisions, ensuring the voice of early career professionals is heard internally.

* Manage assets for student marketing and university programs, from digital content to interactive experiences.

* Experiment, iterate, and innovate to continually grow brand awareness and preference.

What You'll Bring:

* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* Experience in digital marketing or advertising.

* Campaign management, multichannel - Expanding the student audience and ability to develop engaging campaigns.

* A passion for analyzing market trends, developing targeted strategies, and delivering impactful campaigns.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

* Confident and 'go getter' mentality

* Experience with tools like Acquia, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics is a plus!
