This is in-person role, you will be working out of our office in Wayzata, MNKey ResponsibilitiesYour job will be to develop our sales pipeline by creating inbound demand from professionals in the beauty industry (salons and spas) through managing our education program, trade events, professional influencers, advertising, and PR. The role will include following up with inbound leads to close sales. There will also be aspects of direct-to-consumer marketing, supporting our web and social awareness. This is a very entrepreneurial opportunity and the role may expand and change over time as the company grows and evolves.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing in the beauty industry
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics
