American Management AssociationMarketing ManagerUS-NY-New YorkJob ID: 2024-1909Type: Regular Full-Time# of Openings: 1Category: Marketing - ManagementMARKETING MANAGEMENTOverviewAmerican Management Association ( AMA ) is looking for a Marketing Manager who will support AMA's public seminar business with a focus on executing multi-channel integrated marketing strategies for assigned product lines and researching, evaluating and managing new and existing partnerships and reseller relationships. Detailed planning, implementation, and analysis of successful strategies are critical in effectively growing these important components of AMA's business.ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute integrated marketing plans for public seminars in all assigned media, with a focus on the Artificial Intelligence product line, working closely with Learning Solution Managers to grow AI and other assigned portfoliosDevelop multi-channel promotional strategy for assigned product lines to achieve revenue goals, testing innovative and creative marketing approachesAnalyze past results, competitive data and current trends to formulate public session scheduling recommendations for assigned seminars aligned with goalsShare responsibility for developing and achieving annual revenue goals for assigned seminars and new initiatives, building related marketing budgetsEvaluate key marketing and financial indicators to determine effectiveness of strategies and monitor progress against goals. Adjust strategies as appropriateDirect and work with Creative Services and Digital Marketing teams to develop communications that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and create compelling offers that appeal to customer needsSupport existing and new partnerships and reseller agreements, including performing data-driven assessment of partnership valueAct as liaison between AMA and partners, educating partners about our new offeringsDeveloping post-partnership implementation plansResearch and assess new reseller opportunitiesOther related duties.QualificationsBA/BS Required, MBA/MS Preferred5+ years' experience in multi-channel direct marketing, digital marketing and campaign management preferably in a B-to-B setting, including responsibility for developing budgets, providing creative direction, identifying audience segments, targeting list sources and analyzing resultsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute a marketing planExperience in evaluating and interpreting financial metrics and a proven ability to take appropriate action to modify or capitalize on resultsProven experience in creating innovative marketing and growth approaches/solutionsExperience in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating strategic partnerships, resellers, or similar agreements preferredExcellent networking and relationship building skillsTeam player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with othersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPositive attitude and enthusiastic approach to the work this position requiresTravel in accordance with business needMore about American Management Association:AMA's approach to improving performance combines experiential learning—learning through doing—with opportunities for ongoing professional growth at every step of one's career journey.
