Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:

• Strategic Planning and Execution
• Marketing Operations and Budget Management
• Social Media and Digital Strategy
• Content Creation and Branding
• Product Marketing and Member Engagement
• Advertising and Campaign Management

Reporting: This position reports directly to the President/CEO.

Salary range: $50,000-$80,000 base salary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar or related marketing role.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated experience in writing professional communications and marketing materials.
• Attention to detail, with a strong focus on proofreading and design review.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
• Must be bondable; requires criminal background check and credit check.
