Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our multifamily properties and for-sale homes. This role requires a strategic, data-driven thinker with experience in real estate marketing, budgeting, reporting, website management, and team training. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, while providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and occupancy/sales goals for multifamily properties and for-sale homes.
- Create, manage, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, signage, and website content, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
- Regularly update and maintain property websites to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
- Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support leasing and sales efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners for photography, videography, advertising, and other marketing services.
- Coordinate and attend property events, open houses, and community engagement activities to drive traffic and awareness.
- Train on-site staff on social media best practices, content creation, and brand consistency to ensure effective property-level social media presence.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor marketing budgets, analyzing costs to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Collect and analyze marketing data, making informed recommendations to optimize budget allocation and marketing strategies.
- Create, run, and present detailed marketing reports for internal teams and investors, providing clear insights into campaign performance, lead generation, and market trends.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and website management.
- Excellent budgeting skills with experience in analyzing data and optimizing costs.
- Proficiency in running reports and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM, email marketing platforms, and analytics.
- Willingness to travel as required.
