Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, the position is a high visibility role in a growing organization that will have a direct impact on the success of the overall business. It is an excellent opportunity to develop and lead a marketing program focused on achieving revenue goals and improving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.DeVivo Offers:Family-oriented culture and team environmentCompetitive compensationRoom for advancement - we promote from withinMedical and dental insuranceLife insuranceFlexible spending account401k plan with company matchPaid time offWhat you'll do here:Provide thought leadership while also leading the tactical execution of the marketing team.Develop and maintain ongoing engagement with leaders of each line of business, to understand the unique needs, opportunities, and timing of each.Develop effective marketing campaigns, with particular emphasis on new clients, creating the marketing funnel, and delivering sales and sales growth against an aggressive revenue plan.Manage the communication and marketing calendar development to deploy marketing campaign assets across multiple channels, including website, email, social media, direct mail, retargeting, print, and other digital channels.Work closely with the senior team to produce and manage a rich content/editorial calendar (including blog posts, eBooks, webinars, and infographics) that builds the DeVivo Companies brand and improves SEO ranking.Expertise in creating and deploying email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, email automated programs, and precise reporting, analytics, and attribution. Grow our email list organically, and establish specific campaign efforts to encourage current customers to engage across multiple business/service product lines.Manage the companys social media profiles and presence. Create shareable content appropriate for specific products to spread both our brand and our content. Experience with the use of social media for employee engagement and recruiting is a plus.Work with the internal technology team to establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to customers. Be able to create forecasts by channel to predict where sales come from and maximize budget for the highest ROI while achieving sales goals.Provide detailed status reports and forecasts for regular team meetings.What you'll bring to the table:BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.Five years of digital marketing experience.A proven track record of growing sales, profit, and customers.Direct management experience and a proven track record of working across a cross-functional team.Ability to develop and execute marketing budgets.Experience managing agencies and coordinating with outside partners.A process for developing customer insights based on research and testing.Experience optimizing customer journey and conversion to create higher sales and repeat purchases.Experience in Google Analytics and digital dashboards is required.You'll be great if you have:Experience with managing a portfolio of multiple business units and product lines.Excellent communicating skills and are a creative thinker with an a ility to use data to inform all decisions.An eye for creating and approving effective and compelling email/website/content/social marketing and working with creative resources to design assets in support of marketing and brand strategy.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status and all other protected classes.
