The Marketing & Communications team serves as the internal advertising agency for San Francisco Health Plan. We're excited to welcome a new Marketing Manager to our team, who will play a key role in launching our D-SNP program.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in launching our D-SNP program. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, managing a team of account managers and a digital strategist.
Please note that while SFHP supports a hybrid work environment, you are required to be onsite and in-office a minimum of 4 days per month. This is a hybrid position, based in our Downtown San Francisco office.
Salary: $99,000 to $120,000 annual
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Drive Growth: Develop and operationalize marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, member engagement, demand, and engagement across all businesses.
- Campaign Management: Lead the full circle execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning to execution to performance analysis.
- Data-driven Decision-making: Collaborate with the Digital marketing Strategist to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize strategies to improve results.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of account managers and a digital strategist, fostering professional growth and ensuring the successful execution of their responsibilities.
- Collaboration: Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Content: Collaborate with the Manager, Creative Services, and Supervisor, Digital Marketing to ensure the development and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze member needs, and track competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Digital marketing Strategist to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize strategies and tactics to improve results.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities follow healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and patient privacy laws.
- Annual Marketing Calendar: Manage the development of an annual marketing calendar that aligns with the Medicare Advantage annual cycle, including AEP.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on strategy within the healthcare industry.
- 3 or more years of experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Experience managing successful growth or demand gen marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience with paid media tactics, digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, and lead management.
