Job Description: As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute digital marketing initiatives, optimize paid media strategies, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to expand brand reach. Your role will include campaign analysis, content curation for digital and social media platforms, and copywriting with SEO best practices. Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.

• 3–5 years of marketing experience within an engineering or industrial services environment; SEO and PPC knowledge a plus.

• Business acumen with a strategic mindset and solid operational experience.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, social media platforms, and project management tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.

• Regular collaboration with sales and other departments to support marketing objectives.

• Creative thinker with a focus on expanding brand reach.

• Skilled in copywriting, with an emphasis on SEO best practices and brand alignment.

• Experience in optimizing paid media and managing ad budgets.

• Self-starter with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, capable of working autonomously.

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage time to meet deadlines.

• Deep knowledge of digital and social media platforms, with expertise in content curation.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas.
