JOB DESCRIPTION The team is seeking a Marketing Manager to work closely with the Marketing and Brand Management team on a variety of marketing and studio development projects. This role will work closely with multiple departments and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. We are looking for an organized, energetic individual with marketing and/or project management experience who is comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Developing and overseeing marketing campaigns to achieve business goals in partnership with Brand and Agency teams
- Manage content and promotional strategy for overarching marketing plan
- Oversee Social Media strategy across portfolio of studios to drive community connection
- Managing and monitoring the marketing budget
- Works cross functionally with operations, fitness and finance
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and optimize for ROI
QUALIFICATIONS - Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration, or related field preferred
- Knowledge + Experience: 4-6 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role; proven track record of success in social media growth and engagement; proficiency in marketing software and tools (Adobe Suite, Hubspot, Meta Ad Manager, Zapier); strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment; strong analytical skills and attention to detail; creative thinking and problem-solving skills, a must
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk
- Extended hours in front of a computer screen
