Requirements
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. - Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and print. - Create and curate content that resonates with our audience and promotes our programs and events. - Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools and metrics. - Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts and promotional activities. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the arts sector.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field. - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the arts or non-profit sector. - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media trends, and content creation. - Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and projects. - Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. - Passion for the arts and a commitment to promoting music education and engagement.
