Description
- Be an active member of the company's management team, helping to drive the company's strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
- Promote and enforce the company's customer driven culture and customer promise initiative.
- Manage all day-to-day responsibilities and activities within the Marketing department.
- Continuously optimize and implement the overall marketing strategy to support the company's strategic plan.
- Oversee all aspects of the company's lead generation process, including digital, outbound, inbound and social media platforms.
- Implement marketing campaigns that drive demand for the company's products and services.
- Develop and implement best practices to enhance the company's marketing excellence.
- Collaborate with and manage outside vendor partners as required.
- Oversee and organize all trade show logistics including event scheduling, booth setup, on-site coordination, and participation in lead capture during the event.
- 10% travel for trade shows in key markets, may increase depending on the company's market strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize their customer user experience across multiple channels and touch points.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver innovative resources and marketing materials that will enable their success.
- Assist in the development of internal marketing campaigns that align all aspects of the organization to the company's value proposition to create the best possible customer experience.
- Measure and report on the performance of all company marketing campaigns and overall marketing efforts.
- Develop and oversee the company's marketing budget
Profile
- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to be onsite minimum 1x/week in the Norwalk, CA office
- Experience with people management - will be responsible for 2 direct reports
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing.
- Must be adept at Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word/Excel and Power-point.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to see a job or project through to final completion.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to anticipate problems and develop plans to prevent and solve them
Job Offer
- $90,000 - $115,000 base salary range (depending on experience)
