Are you a passionate marketing professional eager to shape innovative dining experiences? Chartwells Higher Education is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Baylor University, a prestigious campus located in Waco, TX. This exciting role, will allow you to craft and execute customized marketing solutions to elevate our dining programs on campus.

As the Marketing Manager, you will focus on driving growth, improving customer and client satisfaction, and amplifying the Chartwells brand across various dining experiences. Your creativity will help build a vibrant student community through events, activities, and engaging marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer research, market conditions, and competitor activities to develop actionable insights.
• Expand and enhance marketing platforms, exploring new opportunities to reach and engage our target audience.
• Lead the execution and management of marketing plans and projects, ensuring they are on track to meet objectives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing performance, delivering measurable results that align with strategic goals.
• Develop and manage marketing initiatives within the agreed budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, applying innovative ideas to keep our marketing strategies cutting-edge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS degree in Marketing preferred
• Minimum of three years marketing experience
• Ability to present to large groups
• Knowledge of merchandising and promotions
• Excellent writing skills
