We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead and expand the marketing initiatives for our growing law firm. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong background in crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies, particularly in social media and data analytics, to boost client engagement and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Manage the firm's social media platforms, creating engaging, professional, and on-brand content to grow the firm's online presence.
- Analyze marketing performance using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine strategies for optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the firm's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, optimized for SEO, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage the firm's CRM system to track leads, manage client data, and support targeted marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and community involvement to promote the firm's services.
- Monitor trends in the legal industry and marketing to ensure the firm stays competitive and innovative.
Expanded Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
- Conduct regular research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Organize and manage firm-hosted events such as seminars, webinars, and networking sessions to attract potential clients and build community relationships.
- Reputation Management:
- Monitor and manage online reviews, ensuring timely and professional responses to enhance the firm's reputation.
- Lead Generation:
- Implement and optimize lead-generation campaigns to drive inquiries and convert potential clients into retained clients.
- Content Calendar Development:
- Create and maintain a detailed marketing and content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
- Advertising Management:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media, monitoring performance to ensure cost efficiency and maximum impact.
- Partnership Marketing:
- Build and manage partnerships with other businesses, legal professionals, or organizations to enhance the firm's reach and visibility.
- Email Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, maintain client relationships, and promote new services or events.
- Client Engagement Programs:
- Develop and implement loyalty or referral programs to increase client retention and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
- Team Training:
- Provide marketing training and resources to attorneys and staff to align everyone with the firm's marketing goals and brand voice.
- Video Content Creation:
- Produce and promote video content such as client testimonials, service overviews, or educational pieces to enhance digital engagement.
- Crisis Communication:
- Prepare and manage communications during crises to safeguard the firm's reputation and maintain public trust.
- Vendor Management:
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and ad agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Budget Oversight:
- Develop, monitor, and adjust the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Technology Integration:
- Recommend and integrate new marketing tools or platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives:
- Promote and market the firm's diversity and inclusion efforts through tailored content and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional social media management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with marketing analytics, including familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM analytics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Must have a strong interest in our firm's practice areas
- Desire to learn and grow, engage in personal development and contribute to firm growth
- Must be highly motivated and work well under pressure with minimal supervision
- Lead with empathy and compassion, while maintaining professionalism
Preferred skills:
- Law firm marketing experience is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools is highly desirable
