MTM is seeking a head of marketing to lead our comprehensive, multichannel marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads for the salesforce, and supporting new product launches and territory expansion. We are looking for an experienced, well-rounded Marketing Manager with a passion for digital technologies and content creation . The successful candidate will have proven lead generation skills, content marketing experience and deep commitment to enhancing the customer journey. Website: www.mtmtrailers.com RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. HubSpot Mastery: Leverage HubSpot CRM to optimize lead generation, nurture leads, and track marketing performance. Website Maintenance: Oversee website maintenance, updates, and optimization to ensure a seamless user experience. Email Marketing: Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience and drive conversions. Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to reach a wider audience and drive conversions. Web Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Traditional Marketing: Print Media: Maintain brand and product marketing literature; Develop and execute print advertising campaigns in industry publications Tradeshows and Events: Plan and manage participation in industry tradeshows and events. Creative and Analytical: Creative Content: Create engaging marketing copy, blog posts, and social media content to captivate our audience. Design and Layout: Make edits to marketing materials, including email templates, landing pages, social media graphics, and print collateral. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports to measure marketing effectiveness. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital and traditional marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Customer Experience: Customer Journey Mapping: Create detailed customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for our personas. C-SAT Surveys: Develop and administer customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Online Reviews: Implement strategies to encourage and generate positive online reviews on platforms like Google, Facebook and industry-specific websites. Project Management: Project Management: Manage marketing and technology consultants and vendors in order to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget. Salesforce Effectiveness: Collaborate with the sales team to improve salesforce effectiveness through Hubspot templates, sequences and reports. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5 years of experience in multichannel marketing, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising and digital analytics. Experience with paid advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Product marketing experience for heavy equipment OEMs a plus. Construction industry experience marketing to owner-operators a plus. Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
