Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & AI Innovation:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and audience engagement.
- Identify emerging market trends, AI advancements, and customer insights to drive innovative campaigns.
- Implement AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and personalized content strategies to maximize impact.
Creative Lead Generation & Demand Generation:
- Design and execute data-driven, lead generation strategies across multi-channel platforms.
- Optimize the marketing funnel using predictive modeling to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Experiment with immersive marketing techniques, including XR (VR/MR/AR) experiences and interactive AI simulations.
Campaign Development & Digital Transformation:
- Develop and lead high-impact, multi-channel campaigns leveraging AI-powered tools for personalization and automation.
- Utilize Google Ads, LinkedIn, and advanced programmatic advertising for precise audience targeting.
- Integrate AI-driven customer engagement tools and immersive XR experiences into campaign execution.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Optimization:
- Leverage advanced analytics and insights to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing, machine learning-powered sentiment analysis, and predictive modeling for optimization.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and AI-driven recommendations.
AI-Powered CRM & Automation:
- Manage AI-driven marketing automation platforms to enhance lead scoring and pipeline efficiency.
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring seamless handoffs and measurable KPIs.
- Implement chatbots, AI-assisted email marketing, and hyper-personalized customer journeys.
Content Strategy & SEO Leadership:
- Oversee the development of AI-enhanced, data-driven content that attracts and engages target audiences.
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies using AI-powered tools to maximize organic reach and inbound lead generation.
Brand Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Establish Tipping Point Media as an industry thought leader through cutting-edge branding initiatives.
- Champion the integration of AI, immersive XR storytelling, and experiential marketing to differentiate the brand.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner with sales, creative, technology, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
- Lead cross-functional projects that integrate AI, data science, and XR-based storytelling into marketing strategies.
Budget & Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Continuously assess the impact of AI-powered and XR marketing initiatives to refine investments in high-performing channels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, demand generation, and digital transformation.
- Experience in AI-driven marketing automation, analytics, and customer journey optimization.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and data-driven content marketing.
- Experience in XR (VR/MR/AR) campaign development and immersive brand storytelling.
- Exceptional problem-solving, creativity, and innovation-driven thinking.
