They will coordinate, support and communicate projects at a local level and give updates to the corporate marketing and data analytics departments. This includes developing promotional materials and seasonal ideas in the business, all the while driving innovation with an eye on consumer insights and trends. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the operations team to ensure that revenue, customer satisfaction, and R/A marketing and merchandising goals are met.This position requires the strongest organizational skills as there are substantial administrative components to this position. While generally a Monday through Friday position, the position offers 1- work from home day per week (selected day must comply with on-site operational needs).You will:Develop deep knowledge of the regional marketplace and educate unit operators in the regionDevelop innovation that continues to keep the region current and on trend with marketing practices and local competition.Increase participation, check average, and drive top line sales in café, catering & coffee bar operations through development of marketing programsDevelop monthly marketing calendar for all dining operations at account and share with clients monthlyLead monthly marketing meetings with colleaguesEnsure effective tracking of new initiatives and share results with colleagues and R/A Corporate MarketingPerform additional marketing projects as tasked, related to business development and account openings and support.Provide hands-on support and responsibility for set-ups of culinary, marketing, retail, and wellness programs from corporateDevelop annual Business Plan marketing objectives.Conduct café audits to assure quality and compliance.Assist in preparing quarterly business review presentationWork with client's marketing and communication teams as needed to promote dining operationsMaintain and update dining websiteMaintain/support dining website and Social Media platforms and build café participation through these channelsWork within provided budgets and guidelines.Participate in marketing manager meetings with RA Corporate marketing department.Support RA Corporate marketing department with new account openings when needed; weekend work and travel may occur.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required.
