About the Opportunity The Marketing Manager for CQS (Clinical Quality Solutions) and Payer Solutions will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive, full-funnel marketing campaigns designed to promote our CQS and payer capabilities. This individual will focus on creating cohesive, market-informed, and actionable marketing strategies that support key business objectives, drive lead generation, and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, building, and executing comprehensive campaign plans that align with key business objectives. They will also have exceptional organizational, copywriting, and editing skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment within a growing organization. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be self-motivated, must have demonstrated excellent collaboration, and business acumen and must have a broad understanding of the overall CQS and Payer market. B2B marketing to commercial health plans, clinical data registries, and/or Accountable Care Organizations preferred. Responsibilities:
  • In collaboration with Product Marketing and Demand Generation, lead the development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns, including account-based marketing (ABM) and nurture programs to drive demand and lead generation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the ideal client profile and buyer characteristics to ensure effective segmentation/intent strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to create and distribute impactful content across various channels, including email, social media, and public relations.
  • Assist in the development of sales enablement materials, including presentations, RFP responses, and content.
  • Track and communicate campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize future efforts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and impactful.
  • Flexibility to take on additional marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with health IT companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Self-starter with superior organizational skills and a proven track record for creating successful marketing content and campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Superb communicator, with the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team and organization.
  • Excellent people skills, including effective presentation skills, and comfortable working on and with virtual teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce.com, HubSpot, and Adobe Suite. Experience with marketing tools like HighSpot or SEMRush is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for meetings and events.
