Company: Spotify USA, Inc.Company HQ: 4 World Trade Center, 150 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007Location: Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the Spotify USA, Inc. office in New York, NY.Job Title: Marketing Manager - StudiosDUTIES: Independently oversee marketing efforts with cross-functional teams (such as brand, media, social, global marketing teams, and legal) to ensure our show launches and programs successfully go to market. Generate and set strategy for podcast initiatives in collaboration with team leads. Socialize and obtain buy-in of the strategy across stakeholders, cross-functional partners, Marketing and Content leadership, and external partners. Coordinate and deliver on campaign retrospectives, working closely with campaign stakeholders and the Spotify analytics and insights teams to uncover insights to inform future initiatives and strategies. Execute and optimize marketing initiatives and sustained support for our podcasts in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams, as well as external agencies and creative partners. Represent Spotify's marketing team in meetings and communications with podcast show teams, producers, external representatives of hosts/talent, and hosts/talent themselves to communicate marketing plans, seek feedback and approvals, and encourage collaboration in our marketing efforts. Initiate experimentation, research, or data related to business goals associated with marketing campaigns or audiences. Influence Regional teams to participate in Global initiatives through data and insights and oversees the delivery of assets for cross-regional campaigns. Stay current with the latest industry trends and news including podcast, media, marketing, and streaming innovations and proactively share with the team, and use this to understand the larger business context of content, podcasts, and Spotify's model. *Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the Spotify USA, Inc. office in New York, NY.SALARY: $116,917 to $154,526/ yearJOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's (US or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Management, Environmental Management, or a related marketing or management field and two (2) years of experience in global marketing, brand marketing, content marketing, or a related marketing field. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Project Management; leading cross-functional teams and presenting to groups; analyzing marketing metrics to determine how they impact the business and marketing campaigns; creative development, paid media, and social media; creating presentations and organizing information in Google Slides and Sheets; and monitoring, tracking, and recommending reallocations of budgets.Qualified Applicants: Apply online at Salary: 116,917 Maximum Salary: 154,526 Salary Unit: Yearly
