Learn more at Our Commitment to Safety - Varsity.com.The objective of this role is to strategize, develop and execute marketing plans for Varsity Performing Arts, as well as align messaging with Stanbury Uniforms, Directors Showcase International and SA Feather. These marketing strategies include promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions, coordinating marketing efforts with VPA's affiliated partners, and increasing brand awareness of Varsity Performing Arts through events, education and apparel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Manages GTM and campaign strategy for VPA including all Stanbury and DSI, partners with T&E on events.
- Drives development of cohesive omnichannel marketing campaigns across VPA, Stanbury and DSI.
- Drives implementation of SFMC for Stanbury and DSI, launch paid ads, manage Stanbury and DSI website content management, support upcoming website migration, assist in catalog development, manage sponsorships.
- Establish a comprehensive marketing plan to develop plan for email, social media, website, event and partnership strategies.
- Drive promotional marketing campaigns with proven results for lead generation, conversion and revenue growth through customer journey mapping and specific customer segmentation
- Manage lifecycle of campaigns with a focus on website, SEO and social media to support sales team and revenue-generating company initiatives. Communicate monthly to executive leadership team on campaign successes and findings.
- Work cross-functionally across the three band brands, Stanbury Uniforms, DSI and SA Feather, as well as strategic partners, to develop consistent messaging and positive brand positioning.
- Drive catalog strategy including but not limited to serving on the committee that designs, shoots, and markets Varsity Spirit Fashion's newest collection: Stanbury Powered by Varsity Spirit Band Wear
- Ensure alignment with the strategic direction of Varsity Spirit & Varsity Brands' initiatives and mission, and key stakeholders across divisions from sales, training, and operations.
- Partner with event marketing to enhance the game day experience at schools across America by promoting products and offerings that create cohesion among band, cheer and dance programs.
- Needs marketing experience to drive implementation of SFMC for Stanbury and DSI, launch paid ads, manage Stanbury + DSI website content management, support upcoming website migration, assist in catalog development, manage sponsorships.
WHAT YOU BRING- Proficiency in marketing software such as Marketing Cloud and Word Press.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites. Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and marketing technology platforms.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and foster a collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues effectively.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing role.
