- Acts as the administrator and subject matter expert for the marketing project system, including but not limited to; guiding the team with best practices and efficiencies; leading troubleshooting efforts for users; supporting day-to-day system needs and adjustments; maintaining and/or building reports and dashboards; preparing for and communicating platform changes; and team training and onboarding. Maintains a focus on process improvement, calendar management, troubleshooting, and communication.
- Drives the daily operations of project tracking, scheduling, and information sharing to meet deadlines for a variety of high volume projects. Expedites and prioritizes projects accordingly. Highlights potential risks or delays and acts proactively to resolve issues between requestors and the marketing team.
- Collaborates with management to review and update project schedules; actively communicates with colleagues throughout entire project lifecycle to ensure schedules are maintained and up to date.
- Creates and maintains marketing project management system platform documentation including a regular review of processes with consideration to user feedback, understanding needs and fostering teams' success, as well as seeking ways to improve job and operational efficiencies and make suggestions as needed.
- Assists marketing team and internal business units to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables; assists in identifying additional impacts or considerations.
- Collaborates with marketing team to identify new opportunities and develops strategies to grow and maximize company goals.
- Maintains strong knowledge of RFCU products, services, and communication channels ensuring content accuracy, brand, and voice.
- Develops, schedules, and/or maintains evergreen materials, minor collateral updates, and smaller-scale communications.
- Performs various administrative functions including, but not limited to; creating and/or maintaining department documentation, invoices, billing, and requisitions.
- Maintains knowledge of best practices in marketing, including financial regulatory issues, graphic, print, and digital production

Education Requirements4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Marketing or relevant discipline - Required
Experience Requirement2 Years - Marketing traffic/production or account/project management experience - Required1 Year - Experience maintaining project management software tools (Adobe Workfront experience highly desired) - RequiredSkills/Abilities
