We are seeking a Marketing Operations Consultant to join our team and support client engagements focused on improving marketing operations and workflows. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior team members and clients, contribute to high-impact projects, and deepen your expertise in marketing operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery:
* Support client projects to assess and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and operations.
* Assist in implementing marketing technology solutions (e.g., Workfront, Bynder, Adobe, Salesforce).
* Develop and deliver recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and align operations with business goals.
* Client Engagement:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing challenges and objectives.
* Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
* Build strong working relationships with client teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with project managers and senior consultants to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
* Contribute to team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and solution development.
* Research and Analysis:
* Analyze client data, processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
* Stay updated on industry trends and marketing technology advancements to support client projects.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, consulting, or a related role.
* Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and tools (e.g., Workfront, Bynder, Adobe, Salesforce).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with marketing process mapping and optimization.
* Basic knowledge of system integrations and APIs is a plus.
* Certifications in relevant marketing technology platforms or project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) are a bonus.

Compensation Statement:
The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Analyst: $75,000-$100,000; Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000; Director: $150,000-$225,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
