We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Operations Consulting Manager to lead client engagements, oversee project teams, and drive impactful solutions in marketing operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in marketing operations, team leadership, and consulting, along with the ability to design and implement strategies that enhance client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Leadership:

* Lead end-to-end marketing operations projects, including process assessments, optimization strategies, and technology implementations.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project goals align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

* Build and maintain trusted client relationships, driving satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

* Team Leadership:

* Manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.

* Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

* Oversee resource allocation and project timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.

* Strategic Problem Solving:

* Analyze client marketing operations to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.

* Develop actionable strategies to optimize processes, improve workflows, and reduce costs.

* Stay ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative and forward-thinking solutions.

* Business Development:

* Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and support sales efforts.

* Contribute to thought leadership through articles, case studies, and presentations to showcase the firm's expertise.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

* 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, consulting, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

* Strong understanding of marketing processes, workflows, and technology platforms (e.g., Workfront, Bynder, Adobe, Salesforce).

* Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage teams, and deliver results on time and within budget.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels.

* Experience with change management and organizational transformation is a plus.

Compensation Statement:

The following are the annual base salary ranges, commensurate with experience: Analyst: $75,000-$100,000; Consultant: $90,000-$135,000; Manager: $135,000-$185,000; Director: $150,000-$225,000. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
