We are bold in our actions, nimble in our decision-making, and industrious in the way we work.If this excites you, then apply below.Marketing Operations CoordinatorYou will be responsible for:GCMA Workflow ProcessingProcess and complete workflow tasks in the electronic review system (GCMA) through all stages of the process.Add all required marketing owners and reviewers to the workflows.Partner with the Material Owner and agency to correct issues; if no remediation is noted, escalate to the CE Team for awareness and resolution.Identify marketing sponsors for pieces.Identify linguistics review for French Pieces and ensure task due dates are aligned with linguistics reviewers.Identify proof review if required.Provide GCMA assistance, as needed, to external and internal users.Provide GCMA submission guidance and support; share appropriate job aids and policy guidance available with agency/marketing owners; identify training gaps and escalate to BPs, as necessary.End-to-End Job Management & ReportingRun 60-day re-review reports on a monthly basis to provide Material Owners advance notice of pieces approaching expiration.Follow up weekly with task owners for pieces in Periodic Review.Run Open Jobs Status reports to monitor/facilitate job progression.Run a Brand PM update report when required, identifying marketing tools and submitting to Medical and Regulatory (including brand manager) for their review; follow up on the review at the 60-day mark.Ensure correct submission of French translation requests within appropriate time frame using Lingo; communicate assigned delivery date turn-around with linguistics and the agency.Update the Contact Master List.Escalations to the Review and Approval LeadCoordinators escalate to the Review and Approval Lead for the following aspects:Coordinator is unaware of potential remediation or solution to key challenge(s) or question(s).Issue or incident is compliance related, requiring Review and Approval leadership transparency.Repetitive non-adherence to process is observed with the submissions for a brand team or partner agencies, indicating a trend that requires re-training.Material Owners request support above and beyond service agreements.Upcoming brand or market events the broader team should be aware of.Must have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional related experience on a year-for-year basis. Alternatively, candidates with an associate degree and two additional years of related experience may also be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
