Who you are:

As Harri's Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing marketing systems and data, assisting with the execution of our marketing campaigns by assisting with customer/prospect segmentation and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our company's mission and standards. Marketing operations are the glue that holds the marketing business together, combining planning, technology, data and processes into one effective, scalable package.

As the backbone of the marketing department, you will help build, manage and optimize the infrastructure of a healthy marketing organization including marketing automation, top-of-funnel lead ownership and conversion, delivering strategic recommendations and insights for lead conversion improvement and more!

Key Responsibilities:

? Own and enhance the day-to-day functions of the Harri marketing strategy

? Apply marketing knowledge and project management skills to assist in scaling marketing, systems and processes

? Optimize data sync between the CRM and marketing automation systems

? Manage lead scoring, inbound leads, list management for nurture campaigns, multi-touch attribution, etc.

? Review, manage and improve the top of funnel lead conversion and analyze, understand and report on the drivers to continuously improve results

? Maintain the integrity and accuracy of marketing databases and implement data hygiene practices to ensure high-quality lead data

? Manage and improve the processes for measuring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing initiatives with a major emphasis on top-of-funnel lead acquisition and conversion

? Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders

? Create and segment targeted audiences, develop and deploy email communications and continuously improve performance

? Collaborate with the go-to-market team to execute multi-channel digital campaigns

that drive measurable results

? Design, build, execute and manage go-to-market processes and procedures

? Manage and build relationships with third-party vendors and adjust usage based on performance and ROI

? Train and support staff on using marketing technology products

? Keep a pulse on emerging technologies and best practices to deploy internally

Experience and Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field -- Master's degree is a plus

? 3-5+ years in a marketing operations role or similar

? Possess strong data analytics skills, with experience assimilating large data sets into summarized outputs to be used in decision making and process improvement

? Love to operate as the oil in the marketing machine that ensures everything runs smoothly

? Possess an affinity for managing and optimizing marketing technologies and enjoy proposing new or enhanced strategies based on emerging digital trends and current marketing best practices

? Foster an organization of continuous process improvement

? Are data-driven and thrive when working cross-functionally to deliver results

? Are an exceptional communicator who is well organized with the ability to prioritize

? Are a lifelong learner who is eager to take on new challenges and expand your skill set

? Are well versed in Salesforce, Hubspot, Chatbot technology, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Wordpress and Business Intelligence software

? B2B SaaS experience

Salary range for this position is $100,000-140,000 (USD).
