Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a proven ability to deliver measurable results. The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in strengthening United Roofing's brand and driving both internal and external engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
* Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to create and manage marketing materials for company initiatives, including employee engagement campaigns, training programs, and team-building events.
* Marketing Inventory Management:
Oversee the organization and management of marketing inventory, including promotional materials, branded items, and supplies for events or campaigns. Ensure timely replenishment and proper tracking.
* Event Coordination & Support:
Plan, organize, and execute creative events, both internal and external, to promote the company and engage with customers and employees. Be available to attend events as needed to represent United Roofing, ensuring smooth operations and a positive brand experience.
* Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, print materials, and web updates, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity.
* Campaign Management:
Lead all local marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well-coordinated, creative, and deliver measurable results. Regularly review performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
* Collaboration with Sales:
Partner with sales teams to develop marketing initiatives that drive leads, support sales goals, recruitment and improve customer engagement.
* Vendor & Budget Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
* Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Analyze marketing data to inform future strategies and measure ROI.
* Team Engagement:
Act as a marketing liaison within the company, ensuring all departments have the resources and materials they need for both internal and external communication efforts.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
