Salary 140-150K annually Job Description The Manager, Marketing Operations proactively provides data-driven insight and recommendations to Marketing and Sales, as well as accurate and consumable data for campaigns across multiple marketing channels. As the subject matter expert on marketing automation and lead qualification, marketing software, marketing analytics and owned marketing channels, the position is responsible for setting the vision and execution for integrated marketing campaigns that qualify leads into MQLs to generate significant pipeline for the company; additionally, the Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for ensuring an integrated end-to-end experience for prospects & leads. The Manager, Marketing Operations will provide data and insights that allow marketing & sales team members to more easily and powerfully use customer and prospect data sets to grow revenue. Candidate must be technically sophisticated, and analytical but also highly creative & strategic; overcoming and circumventing limitations of systems to achieve novel and clever outcomes. Responsibilities
- Manages Marketing Automation platform (Hubspot) in order to enable email marketing, lead qualification and marketing nurture.
- Manages multi-channel marketing nurture programs.
- Manages CRM/Lifecycle marketing, understanding integrations between signals in Hubspot and Salesforce and acting on them by making recommendations to enhance full-funnel journey.
- Maintains and enhances the marketing databases by defining processes and standards, improving data integrity, integrating multiple data sources, refreshing and de-duplicating records, and improving the usability of the data for diverse goals.
- Designs and executes a segmentation and targeting strategy to leverage data as a competitive advantage. Oversees and enhances the continuous process of data collection, entry, validation, augmentation, and enrichment for targeted accounts within Hubspot and other critical data systems.
- Converts user requests into actionable requirements, documenting specifications and test cases.
- Collaborates closely with sales operations and IT teams to align procedures and requirements with systems infrastructure.
- Develops, designs, maintains, manages, and improves all corporate websites.
- Manages to digital brand guidelines, building LPs and microsites as necessary.
- Oversees MOPS vendor relationships as day-to-day contact.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong track record in improving marketing objectives using automation tools and innovative, insightful data applications in a past position strongly preferred.
- Working against strict funnel KPIs/conversion rates.
- Strong knowledge and background in data mining & and analysis along with experience in data maintenance and cleansing tactics.
- Strong grasp of marketing automation systems a MUST, including ability to build complex workflows and nurture sequences and segment data.
- Strong grasp of data warehousing, business intelligence, and lead management tech. Skilled in retrieving data from relational databases.
- Experience with WordPress a MUST.
- Well-developed conceptual thinking skills including good intuition and the ability to make educated decisions based on customer needs.
- Skillful with Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver/html, Illustrator, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Education and Experience
- Possesses a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Brings over a decade of experience in marketing.
- 5-7 years of experience as a MOPS manager, having implementing lead qualification campaigns and processes in Hubspot/ CRM and marketing automation strategies against strict funnel objectives and conversion rates.
- Experience with complex data analysis and BI tools like PowerBI a plus.
