RIPCO Real Estate is hiring for a Marketing Operations Manager! The Marketing Operations Manager is a dynamic and pivotal role that sits at the intersection of marketing, strategy, technology, and data. Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Technology Stack Management:
- Own the selection, implementation, integration, and optimization of our marketing technology stack.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance marketing capabilities.
- Ensure seamless integration between various marketing tools and platforms.
- Administer and manage user and role profiles.
- Process Optimization and Automation:
- Design and implement efficient marketing workflows and processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation of marketing processes and procedures.
- Data Management and Analytics:
- Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Leverage data analytics to track and measure marketing performance.
- Generate insights and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Build and edit email templates; perform A/B testing and enhancements.
- Architects nurture programs.
- Lead Management and Nurturing:
- Develop and implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align lead management processes.
- Optimize lead conversion rates through targeted nurturing programs.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist marketing teams with project coordination and workload optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other teams to facilitate communication and cooperation.
- Training & Documentation:
- Author documents and presentations articulating established processes and effectively communicating them to respective stakeholders and team members. Ensure sales staff awareness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation or workflow analyst, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing tools and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Creative Suite, Make.com).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Monday.com) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Working knowledge of HTML to make edits within email code.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Python.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and clients. Possesses strong presentation skills, conveying information in a clear and concise manner.
