Job Description:

The Marketing Operations Offer Support Coordinator - position is part of a team that supports the daily needs of the various Marketing teams from Property Marketing, Direct Marketing, Marketing Strategy (POD), Email, Studio & Digital. This position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. No travel is required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The following are key responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Offer Support Coordinator role:

* Serve as the first point of support for business support for all products supported by Marketing Operations.

* Respond to all questions through the support queue and ensure all client/user support calls and service requests are handled or escalated in a timely manner

* Monitor and report product issues from business clients

* Demonstrate thorough understanding of the marketing products supported and their operational functions, including how to problem solve for common business support items

* Validation of system access request for appropriate controls and approvals.

* Ensure proper access by creating, modifying, or removing user account profiles in various systems.

* Supports the Data Integrity and Support teams with overflow work as needed

* All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products

* Self-motivated to acquire systems & applications knowledge.

* Must be detail-oriented and possess strong time-management skills

* Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization.

* Ability to work in a high-pressure fast paced environment

* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

* Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license in regulated jurisdictions.

* Knowledge of property operation, Caesars Marketing or Casino Marketing experience a plus

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

* 1-2 years of relevant business experience, support, or customer service

* College degree preferred
