Jones Networking is recruiting for a Marketing Program Manager to join a Construction / Design Firm in McLean, VA. The Marketing Program Manager partners closely with the Sales Team to help each Sales Representative design and implement strategies that generate high-quality referrals and leads within their assigned territory. This role is instrumental in managing the proprietary Lead Generating Activity Program, a suite of targeted activities designed to foster referrals. This role champions, trains, and supports these initiatives to help Sales Reps cultivate and sustain key relationships within the Greater DC area's luxury communities.
Marketing Program Manager Position Summary:
-Territory-Based Marketing: Lead tailored marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with luxury branding.
-Client & Partner Relations: Oversee thanking and gifting programs to enhance customer and partner loyalty.
-Community Engagement: Manage charitable initiatives and budgets, strengthening Firm's community presence.
-Develop quarterly and annual plans with Sales Reps, providing training and support to execute sponsorships, events, and logistics.
-Regularly review activities to identify opportunities for optimization, sharing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
-Hold regular progress meetings with Sales Reps, offering strategic advice and coaching to maximize success in each territory.
-Partner with the VP of Business Development and VP of Marketing to assess program effectiveness, suggest improvements, and develop new initiatives.
-Design and launch marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness in key territories through strategic advertising, mailers, and digital tactics.
-Lead initiatives to thank and recognize clients, partners, and referrals through personalized gifting strategies.
-Manage Firm's charitable initiatives by coordinating donations, communicating relevant updates, and optimizing community impact.
Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor's Degree required, with 4+ years of professional marketing
experience, ideally within luxury sectors.
-Strong communicator, skilled writer, and creative thinker with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
-Experience with graphic design and/or layout preferred.
-Ability to represent the Firm with sophistication and integrity in all client and
partner interactions.
-Understanding of luxury marketing practices and terminology.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adhere to processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
-Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
-Basic photo editing experience.
-Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
-WordPress, CRM proficiency and/or Canva experience desired.
