POSITION:MarketingRepresentative/NetworkdevelopmentspecialistREPORTSTO: DirectorofBusinessDevelopmentPOSITIONSUMMARY:The Marketing Representative/Community Outreach is responsible for improving and promoting theagency'smarketposition,achievingfinancialgrowthandbuildingkeycustomerrelationships.TheMarketing Representative is responsible for developing a sales plan, identifying geographic locations forsalesandtargetingprospective customers.JOBDESCRIPTION:The Marketing Representative/Community Outreach is responsible for visiting prospective referral sourcesand marketing the agency's services. The Marketing Representative/Community Outreach will ensure alldocumentation is filled out appropriately and sent to the Intake department in a timely manner thusensuringasuccessful enrollment.DutiesandResponsibilities:Responsibleforthepromotingandmarketingtheagencybyconductingvisitsasneededtosupportsalesefforts.·Providesmarketfeedbacktothecompany'sleadershipregardingcompetitiveofferings,prospectneedsandgeneratesproductdevelopmentideas.Establishes,growsandretainsstrongcustomerrelationships.Plans and coordinates the implementation of distributing marketing literature and penetrates newmarkets.Ensuresallreferralsarebeingprocessedandfollowedup,whileascertainingthatcustomerserviceandreferral sourcesare satisfied.QUALIFICATIONS:-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.-Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successful pitching for new business.-Ability to speak effectively before groups or customers or employees of the agency.-Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads/referrals.-Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, patients, customers and the general public.-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
