JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face, field marketing position. The main focus of the Marketing Representative is to broadcast the company's vision by building and maintaining relationships with local physicians, schools, sports programs, and the community to sustain and increase patient referrals.
This role is responsible for assisting in executing and delivering the organization's marketing plans, goals and strategies; Directly reporting to the Director of Business Development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Desire to learn along with professional drive
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Must have driver's license & reliable transportation
- BS or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
EXPERIENCE
- College credits in business, communications, marketing.
JOB DUTIES
- Establish and maintain referral base for ProCare Rehabilitation
- Generate business through direct sales and marketing visits
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships through face-to-face visits with physicians, nurses, referral coordinators, practice managers, schedulers and all staff at current referral and potential referral sources
- Maintain daily detailed referral log and monthly reports to monitor and identify referral trends and opportunities for growth
- Communicate the marketing plan with Clinical Directors in territory
