SUMMARY: Under general direction, performs a variety of technical and support services involving designing and production operations of various projects needed for sales execution. Maintains inventory of items used by the sales team and distributes as needed. Perform related duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, events, etc.).
- Analyze target markets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop detailed marketing plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Track and report on campaign performances, making recommendations for optimization.
- Create and edit compelling context for various channels, including social media, websites, Blogs and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Use data analytic tools to gather insights into customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Work closely with sales teams to create marketing materials that support lead generation and sales efforts.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop promotional assets.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Will work on current marketing projects such as sales sheets, promotions, advertising, display strategies and all aspects involved in new product launches.
- Ensure new products that are preparing to launch are processed through the New Product Launch Sequence for successful Day One-Minute One execution by the sales force.
- Demonstrates features and benefits of merchandise and products in order to educate the customer/consumer and promote sales.
- Manage inventory levels of needed racks and supplies to support the sales team's needs.
- Manage the fulfilling of rack orders to ensure sales strategies are fulfilled as quickly as possible.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding the delivery of racks and POS to the five branches.
- Assist the Director of Marketing to identify opportunities for additional displays in the market.
- Assist the Director of Marketing in working with brand partners to maximize resources for the sales team.
- Assist the Director of Marketing in tracking incentive and distributing prizes.
- Utilize reporting tools an analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in the process of tracking and managing discontinued items.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Specialist for the efficient completion of projects.

- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. One (1) to three (3) years of experience in marketing.
- Language Skills: Ability to read. Ability to communicate effectively and respond to inquiries.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied both written and verbal.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certification to operate a forklift will be provided as part of the on-the-job training.
- Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and generate insights to optimize marketing performance. Highly organized with strong project management skills. Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
