Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in the overall execution of the marketing plan in partnership with the Head of Marketing. Accountable to spearhead project direction, goals and short-term tactics to drive sales and elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing and implementing the Company's brand strategy.

* Builds and cultivates local brand and influencer partnerships.

* Preparing marketing activity reports and metrics for business success.

* Identifies opportunities for expansion of marketing campaigns to maximize reach.

* Support the development and maintenance of brand image and messaging consistency across channels.

* In partnership with the Head of Marketing, responsible for the development of engaging content across various channels, including website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

* Manage social media accounts to create engaging content to increase brand awareness.

* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

* Stay current with industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

* Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment.

* Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.

* Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.

* Ability to source information rapidly in an electronic environment; research information using available resources, reference FAQs, and other information resources utilizing strong problem-solving skills.

* Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Dynamics), including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. Canva knowledge is a plus.

* Customer service oriented skills with developed problem-solving abilities.

* Proactive self-starter, with a keen eye towards continuous process improvement and the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.

* Excellent organizational skills with superior attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

* 3 years' experience in a Marketing role with a proven track record of increasing responsibility.

Formal Education & Certification:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations or related field or an Associate's Degree with relevant work experience.
