Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group as a Marketing Specialist.
Position Highlights: Marketing Specialist collaborates with marketing leadership to implement planned marketing and sales programs. Responsible for events such as grand openings, lifestyle events, and sales and marketing presentations where you may interact with the public on a 1:1 and in group settings.
Position Responsibilities:
- As directed, participates as a marketing liaison between division marketing leadership, on-site sales teams, and the home office marketing team, ensuring effective and efficient communication.
- Coordinates model photography, community and model videos, and production home photography with local vendors guiding shot lists and video requirements per brand standards.
- Gathers, organizes, and maintains visual assets in the media library (photography, virtual tours, etc.) and shares with the Sales and Marketing departments.
- Assists in the development and execution of promotions and tracking and reporting of promotion results.
- Collaborate with Marketing leader, coordinates with consultants on public relations, social media, and advertising.
- Participates in the adoption and optimization of new tools, tactics, and strategies that help the internal team to communicate, market effectively, and validate marketing efforts
- Participates in the division and Tri Pointe Homes sales and marketing meetings.
- Responsible for maintaining New Home Gallery and model home appearance, coordinating with other departments and vendors as needed.
- Collaboratively with Marketing leader, coordinates with agencies and vendors to create and deliver community-level marketing point-of-sale materials such as collateral (e.g. floorplans, price sheets, feature sheets), displays, flyers, event invitations, direct mail, property listings, directional signage, flags, and giveaways ensuring brand compliance and cost-efficiency.
- Coordinates inventory home staging with external vendors as required.
- Provides support to the Marketing leader to implement planned marketing and sales events such as lifestyle events, new community grand openings, open homes, sales events, and homeowner events.
- Assists with Realtor relations (e.g., Coordinates broker luncheons, distribution of collateral, and promotional material).
- Coordinates the setup and close-down of new home galleries and model complexes
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required
- A minimum of 3 years of previous Marketing experience or related industry experience is required. Previous new Homebuilding experience preferred.
- Weekend/weeknight work may be needed to ensure a strong Marketing presence at special events as well as company and industry functions required
- Broker or real estate license preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills
- Must be proactive with the ability to multi-task and follow through with projects containing a high level of detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Should be a team player, willing to help others, takes ownership and initiative, and has a positive attitude
