Marketing Specialist
Department: Sales and Customer Service
Summary of Position:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. They will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
Essential Roles & Duties:
Lead Generation Strategies:
Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Identify and target ideal customer profiles to maximize lead quality.
Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Content Marketing (Product and Industry Focused):
Case studies showcasing successful applications of TLP-engineered solutions in specific industries or use cases.
How-to guides and tutorials on label application techniques and best practices.
Comparison guides to highlight the benefits of specific adhesive types or label materials.
Industry news and updates to position the company as an industry thought leader.
Protect and enhance our brand reputation.
Digital Marketing:
Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
Optimize website performance and user experience.
Analyze website traffic and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive sales.
Sales Enablement:
Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to engage effectively with leads.
Collaborate with sales to develop effective sales pitches and presentations; provide customizable presentation templates with key messaging, visuals, and data to help sales reps deliver impactful presentations.
Data Analysis:
Analyze lead generation data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and improve lead quality.
Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates) to measure campaign performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
Proven track record of creating and managing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
Ability to build strong relationships inside the company, together with cultivating a network outside the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce.com
Experience with ZoomInfo
