Compensation Range: $54,400 +

What You'll Do:

As a Marketing Specialist at U.S. Xpress, you'll work with partners across the organization to design and implement marketing strategies and content that support our business goals. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset to execute campaigns across various channels effectively.

* Work with business partners across the organization to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional channels including social media, email, SEO, events, etc.

* Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media, internal company channels, email campaigns, print materials, and more. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and company goals.

* Monitor, measure and report campaign performance metrics and use data to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements.

* Support planning efforts for company events, trade shows, community events and customer engagement opportunities.

* Support overall SEO growth through content creation including blogs, website optimization efforts, short-form video content and more.

What We're Looking For:

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Advertising, Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience required. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.

Experience

* Minimum of 3 years in communications and/or marketing required

* Proficiency in brand communications principles with in-house comms or agency experience preferred

Skills/Certifications

* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

* Proficient in various marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.)

* Strong writing, editing and communication skills

* Good judgment and a creative problem solver

* Polished, professional with a positive attitude

* Ability to connect and interact with wide variety of people
