This might include evaluating the results of different marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across various channels.RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Build Marketing Campaigns: Create visually engaging marketing campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across various channels and customer segments, aligning with the overall strategic marketing plan.
- Develop Advertising and Communication Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive strategy encompassing digital and social media to promote events, product launches, and brand awareness, fostering customer engagement.
- Marketing Calendar Execution: Develop and manage a marketing calendar, orchestrating the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, fostering collaboration with stakeholders and optimizing internal processes.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate seamless product launches, encompassing presentations, press releases, advertisement development, collateral creation, and coordination with media partners for promotional activities.
- Email Marketing Management: Design and execute mass email campaigns utilizing HubSpot, ensuring alignment with advertising schedules and maintaining audience engagement.
- Trade Show Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of both global and domestic trade shows, ensuring effective representation of the company's brand and products.
- Website Maintenance: Maintain and update the company website, UL Prospector, ShareFile, and other third-party digital platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for stakeholders.
- Market Analysis and Forecasting: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, leveraging consumer insights to prepare forecasts and inform marketing strategies.
- Customer Engagement Strategy: Support customer and consumer face-to-face interaction strategies, including organizing meetings and webinars to enhance engagement.
- Campaign Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of marketing programs on stated objectives, tracking campaign performance using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Team Management and Training: Manage the marketing department's staff, providing training, coaching, and guidance to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies and initiatives.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing or related field, with 3-5+ years' experience. Chemistry or Biology background is a plus.Exposure to the personal care industry is a considerable advantage.Skills:
