BMC Strategic Innovation is a Business & Marketing consulting boutique with offices in Europe, the United States and Latin America, from which we assist several of the world's largest global companies with their growth plans. Key clients include The Coca-Cola Company, SCJ, Kenvue, KFC, among others. We are 100 people across 4 key hubs, and now expanding into the US market, where we are already doing business.

For the last 25 years the company has positively impacted the performance of its clients designing human-centric category growth, branding and innovation strategies.

BMCs approach is based on our ability to decoding human & cultural trends and translate them into actionable business strategies. The effectiveness of our work relies on our capacity to develop tailor made solutions, our collaborative way of working with clients and the creativity of our ideas.

As part of our expansion plan, BMC is now looking to bring on board a US Director, based in Dallas or Atlanta area, to join the multicultural team.

The US Director will report into the manager, and will play a crucial role in developing the local business and local team while leading strategic projects that enable our clients to achieve their best results.

Key responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Lead a strategic and fruitful relationship with current and new clients in order to build strong and long-term partnerships
  • Detect business opportunities and translate them into strategic and innovative work proposals
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow business in alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve or exceed revenue targets and business development goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Regularly report on business development progress to senior management.

Requirement skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 710 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative business solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.

  • Experience working with multinational brands and client
  • Dallas/Atlanta area based (preferred)
  • Native English. Spanish is a plus
