The Marketing Intern will assist in projects that support the marketing team at Shrader Tire & Oil. The intern will bring video production and editing skills and be ready to tackle routine and complex video projects for internal and external use. Candidate should have a portfolio that demonstrates strong video capability and a marketing background.
- Video Production – Shooting, editing and finished production of training, sales support and related video projects.
- Social Media - Produce entries for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+. Promote website, STO brand, special offers, job listings, open houses and other special announcements.
- Open Houses/Special Events - Coordinate details for customer functions of all kinds
- Company Newsletter - Design and produce weekly company newsletter.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of content writing and digital communications. Excellent organizational, written and oral skills are a must in order to work independently and manage projects with multiple facets.
- Must have experience with video production, editing raw footage, audio sweetening and postproduction finishing operations
- Arrange / coordinate video productions shoots (locations, talent, crew)
- Research trends and make recommendations to department for software and equipment purchases if necessary
- Organize, publish and optimize media on third party websites such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms
- Adaptive to change with flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Creation and editing of digital video content for internal and external communication
- Software – Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially Adobe Premiere Pro.
